Origins: Shard Pup grew up on the Shatter Shores, where ice breaks and reforms constantly, and has developed a relationship with ice fragmentation that no other card in the tier can match. Its 5/6 stat line features the Speed to take the first tiebreaker almost every time, and the Power to make that tiebreaker not even necessary in most rounds.
Finishing Move: Ice Shard Scatter: Shatters a section of shore ice and redirects the fragments as projectiles. The Speed comes from the shatter wave, not from movement – the attack arrives before the pup has visibly moved.
Synergy & Rivalry: Speed and surprise in combination – difficult to read and faster than it looks. Shadow's Shadow Rogue has paced it across every terrain type and neither one has found the other's reliable weakness.
