Origins: Arc Crow is the aerial offensive specialist of Lightning's Common tier – 2/4, fast and electrically charged, a crow that has evolved its entire biology around conducting and directing electrical arcs. The Arc Transmission Lines are its native environment and its launching platform – it uses them to reach altitude before diving with a fully charged arc that it has been building during the ascent. By the time it releases, the 2 Power has been amplified by everything the transmission lines fed into it.
